Customization Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when ordering, including:
- School or mascot name
- * Custom wording and spelling
- * Lettering colors
- * Sweatshirt or shirt color
- * Size
- * Design style, when applicable
Please review all selections carefully before completing checkout.
Order Changes
Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, changes may not be possible once production has started.
If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes before production begins.
Design Variations
Product mockups are provided to help customers visualize their finished items.
Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric differences, and production methods.
Lettering placement and sizing may vary depending on the garment size and length of the requested wording.
Turnaround Time
Custom orders require additional production time.
Estimated turnaround times are provided in individual product descriptions.
During busy seasons, holidays, or large school events, processing times may be extended.
Custom Order Approval
Varsity Social reserves the right to decline customization requests that cannot be produced as requested or that involve unauthorized protected designs.
